LEASES:

You have non-exclusive rights to the beat. I have the right to resell the beat to other artists. You can use the song recorded over a leased beat for albums and mixtapes with a maximum distribution of 2000 copies. If more than 2000 copies are going to be distributed you must purchase exclusive rights. You can use the song recorded over a leased beat for shows and performances.

The untagged (except for one signature "FLYGUYZ" tag) beat will be sent to you via email as a zip file containing the 320kbps mp3/wav file, and the lease/non-exclusive rights contract. You will receive the email within 24-48 hrs after payment is received. I will try to have the file sent as soon as possible.

EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS:

You have exclusive rights to the beat and I can't/won't resell the beat to any other artists. You can use the song recorded over the beat for whatever you like, and distribute unlimited number of copies.

The untagged beat will be sent to you via email as a zip file containing the 320kbps mp3/wav file, individual tracked out wav files, and the exclusive rights contract. You will receive the email within 48 hrs after payment is received. I will try to have the file sent as soon as possible.

CUSTOM BEATS:

Custom beats can be produced for you under the right terms and conditions. Custom beats can be made for both leased and exclusive rights, but will cost more due to the customization factor.
