Q: What rights do I have if I lease a beat?
You can lease a beat to use for your demo, songs on you're website, or mixtapes.
You will get a .mp3 version of the beat with all vocal tags removed. You will NOT get a tracked version of the beat, but we will sequence the beat to your specifications (within reason). After three months have passed since the day you leased the beat, the beat will go back up for sale to be leased to other artists interested.

Q: What rights do I have If I buy exclusive rights to a beat?
Exclusive rights to a beat will allow you to use this beat for commercial distribution along with the uses mentioned above for leased beats. Exclusive rights places the beat in your hands, no strings attached (other than recognition for making the beat). Once you have purchased the beat with exclusive rights it will not be placed back up for sale, the beat is exclusively yours. A tracked version of the beat as well as a .wav file of the beat will be given to you to ensure that you will have the highest quality beat we can provide. If the beat is made from a sample, you will be provided with the sample artist and sample name so that you can clear the sample. It is your responsibility to clear the sample before using the track for commercial distribution, we are NOT responsible for doing so.
